At the meeting, Hugh Riddell, head of the World Bank's office in the Kyrgyz Republic, presented the current strategy of the Group in the country, highlighting the key areas that contribute to sustainable economic development and improving the living conditions of the population.
The deputies shared their vision of national development priorities, emphasizing the importance of inclusive growth. They noted the need to create new jobs, support small and medium-sized businesses, and expand economic opportunities for women. An important aspect of the discussion was strengthening institutional capacity and increasing the effectiveness of implementing joint projects.
As a result of the meeting, both sides expressed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue and deepen cooperation, as well as to regularly exchange information to promote sustainable development in the Kyrgyz Republic.
