
Currently, there are approximately 7 thousand Kyrgyz citizens in Saudi Arabia. Of this number, about 1 thousand people reside there on a permanent basis, while the others are pilgrims.
This information was announced by Almaz Imangaziev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.
He also added that two flights will arrive in Bishkek and Osh tonight.
“Among them are 127 and 98 Kyrgyz citizens. The next departures are scheduled for Friday. The situation in Saudi Arabia remains calm,” Imangaziev reported.
