- Kyrgyzstan turned out to be the only country in the EAEU that finished the year 2025 with a surplus republican budget. The data was published on February 27 of this year by the Statistics Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

At the end of the year, state revenues amounted to $7.0 billion, while expenditures reached $6.5 billion, resulting in a surplus of $0.6 billion.

In contrast, Armenia has a budget deficit of -$1.1 billion, Kazakhstan -$7.8 billion, and Russia -$67.4 billion. Information on Belarus is unavailable.

The EAEU consists of five countries: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
