The President of Kyrgyzstan has issued decrees appointing new permanent representatives in two regions.
Azamat Osmonov has been relieved of his duties as the presidential envoy in the Chui region, and he has been replaced by Elkinbek Ashirbaev.
Changes have also occurred in the Batken region: Aibek Shamenov is no longer the envoy, and his position has been taken by Mamyrzhan Rakhimov.
