This agreement was signed on September 22, 2025, in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. According to the new law, the Ministry of Finance is tasked with notifying the Fund of the completion of all necessary domestic procedures for the agreement to come into effect.
The law was approved by the Jogorku Kenesh on February 4, 2026. The parliamentary resolution, adopted on the same day under number 130-VIII, indicates that the initiator of the bill was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The document will come into effect 10 days after its official publication.
