The customer is the Capital Construction Department of the city hall. The procurement aims to provide electricity to individual residential houses, which includes the construction of power lines at 10 and 0.4 kV, as well as the installation of a complete transformer substation GKTPNk-630-10/0.4 kV.
The total amount allocated for the procurement is 53,451,041 soms. The application acceptance period will last until March 16, 2026, at 09:00. The validity period of the proposals is 60 days.
The competition will be held in the format of an unrestricted two-package tender with standard evaluation. The bid security is 2% of the bid amount (valid for 75 days), and the contract performance security is 5%. It is stipulated that no advance payment will be made; payment will be made in full after the acceptance of the work. The warranty period is at least two years after the completion of the project. The penalty for delay is 0.01% per day but cannot exceed 5% of the contract amount. The payment deadline is set for December 30, 2026.
Participants in the tender are required to provide registration documents, tax reports for 2024-2025, confirmation of the availability of necessary equipment, as well as experience in performing similar work for an amount not less than the cost of the lot for 2024-2025. An estimate calculation according to the norms of the State Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2016, a valid license from the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic, absence of tax and insurance debts, and the presence of relevant certificates for specialists engaged in electricity supply and construction and installation works are also required.
