Manufacturing Industries Produced Goods Worth 51.2 Billion Soms in January
Compared to January 2025, the physical volume index for the entire industry was 112.0%, indicating a positive trend in production.
The largest share in the structure of the manufacturing industry was held by basic metals and finished metal products (excluding machinery and equipment), which accounted for 34,101.2 million soms, or 66.6% of the total sector volume. The second place in volume was taken by food products (including beverages) and tobacco products — 8,091.6 million soms (15.8%).
The volume of production of rubber and plastic products, as well as other non-metallic mineral products, amounted to 4,144.0 million soms (8.1%). At the same time, the output of refined petroleum products reached 2,113.7 million soms (4.1%). Textile production, including the production of clothing, footwear, leather, and other leather goods, amounted to 1,172.5 million soms (2.3%).
