As explained by the ministry, this concerns activities with a low level of risk, where entrepreneurs will be able to independently assess compliance with established requirements.
It is expected that the relevant regulatory legal acts will be adopted by the fourth quarter of 2027, and they will regulate this declarative procedure.

The Law "On the Licensing and Permitting System in the Kyrgyz Republic" was adopted on October 19, 2013, and includes 66 types of activities that require licensing (this means that conducting business without a license is a violation - ed.).
