It is expected that this measure will be implemented in the IV quarter of 2026. In the description of the initiative, the ministry indicates that the innovation will be based on the principle of disciplinary and administrative responsibility for officials who cause harm to entrepreneurs. This includes cases of unreasonable inaction and violations of deadlines for providing public services.
Expected outcomes, according to information from the Ministry of Economy, include:
- the introduction of a mechanism for personal accountability for officials, which implies the introduction of disciplinary measures and administrative sanctions for actions or inaction that lead to harm to SMEs, including unjustified inspections and delays in providing public services; establishing deadlines for reviewing complaints (a maximum of 30 days);
- mandatory verification of facts with mandatory publication of results, as well as priority compensation for damages;
- a reduction in the share of recorded cases of unlawful pressure;
- the introduction of the practice of annual reporting on accountability issues.
