In his first words after being elected, he spoke about the bright future awaiting Kyrgyzstan. This was not just a consolation, but a sincere promise to stabilize the situation and ensure sustainable development.
With God's help, a solid foundation for sustainable growth has been established over the past five years. The president noted that with the support of the citizens of Kyrgyzstan, the team fulfilled its promises, as evidenced by economic indicators and the strengthening of institutions.
According to Japarov, from 2021 to 2025, the country's economy should transition to sustainable growth, and 2025 will be an important milestone in Kyrgyzstan's history. Citing figures, he reported that the gross domestic product of the country will grow from $8.3 billion in 2020 to over $22.6 billion in 2025, which is a significant achievement.
Tax revenues and customs duties have also increased. The reform of tax legislation and the fight against the shadow economy have become key factors in achieving financial independence.
An important achievement is the restoration of state control over "Kumtor." Japarov emphasized that natural resources should serve the interests of the people, and as a result, the country received over $5 billion in revenue from this strategic asset.
Additionally, issues related to the state border with neighboring countries have been resolved, which has also strengthened the security and stability of Kyrgyzstan.
Speaking about internal security, the president reported on a large-scale reform of the law enforcement agencies, which has led to improvements in their material and technical base and working conditions.
A key focus of the government's work has been to provide social support to citizens. Over the past five years, many social facilities have been built, and salaries and pensions have significantly increased.
Japarov also noted the importance of developing the agricultural sector, which has become the foundation for many changes in the lives of the population. The increase in agricultural production has confirmed the competitiveness of farmers in international markets.
