President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, during a national meeting held at "Yntymak Ordo," stated that the country is open to both domestic and foreign investors. He noted that all necessary conditions have been created to attract investments, technologies, knowledge, and experience for the economic development of the country.
The head of state also emphasized that a moratorium has been established on unjustified business inspections, administrative procedures have been simplified, and legislation has been updated. "Entrepreneurs who work honestly and contribute to development will receive support from the state and will be protected by law," he added.
Japarov urged businessmen to become key players in Kyrgyzstan's economy, sources of innovation, and new jobs. "The state will always be by your side, providing protection and guarantees. We will continue to create conditions for business, ensuring stable and clear rules, as well as equal opportunities for all. In Kyrgyzstan, entrepreneurs should feel like partners of the state. Only on the basis of mutual respect can we achieve significant economic growth and a bright future for our country," the president concluded.
It should be noted that the meeting at "Yntymak Ordo" was dedicated to summarizing the results of 2025 and gathered representatives of the government, heads of state bodies, authorized representatives of the president in the regions, as well as the mayors of Bishkek and Osh and district akims.
