During a republican meeting taking place at "Yntymak Ordo," President Sadyr Japarov announced the allocation of 400 million dollars for the construction of mortgage housing in 2026.
The President specified that out of this amount, 200 million dollars will be directed towards the development of southern regions, while the remaining 200 million dollars are intended for northern areas. "We did the same last year. The population of the country is evenly distributed, and both regions should develop proportionally," noted the head of state.
It is also worth mentioning that a meeting is currently taking place at "Yntymak Ordo" to review the results of 2025, with the participation of the country's top leadership. The event includes members of the cabinet of ministers, heads of state institutions, presidential representatives in the regions, mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as district akims.
