Stop the inspections and do not encroach on the budget. Sadyr Japarov addressed the law enforcement and officials.
During the meeting, three main reports were presented: the results of work in the financial and economic sectors, as well as in the real sector and social sphere for 2025.
The president emphasized the importance of creating a favorable investment climate, noting that Kyrgyzstan is open to both domestic and foreign investors. A moratorium has been introduced in the country on unjustified business inspections, and administrative processes have been simplified along with improvements in legislation.
“Entrepreneurs who strive to benefit both themselves and the state must know that they are protected by law and can count on government support,” the president noted.
Sadyr Japarov addressed representatives of law enforcement and security agencies, emphasizing the importance of protecting honest entrepreneurs.
“I once again remind you of the inadmissibility of unjustified pressure on business. Honest entrepreneurs contributing to the economic development of the country must be protected from all sides. In an atmosphere of fear and pressure, economic growth will be halted.
“Stop inspecting village leaders, akims, and businessmen without reason. Do not interfere with them by demanding constant reports and summoning them to your offices without justification,” the head of state stated.
At the same time, Sadyr Japarov called on local government bodies to be honest:
“Dear leaders, work transparently, avoiding corruption and theft. Do not stay in your offices, but solve problems on the ground, be closer to the people. If you think that you will not be checked now and attempt to encroach on the budget, do not expect mercy,” the president warned.
