A masterclass titled "It All Starts With Me" dedicated to neurography will take place at the Gapar Aitiev Museum of Fine Arts.
According to information from the organizers, the event will be held in an atmospheric setting of art and silence, creating conditions for better self-listening and feeling the desired state. Changes in life begin not with external circumstances, but with internal attitudes.
The organizers emphasize: "It all starts with me — with my state, my emotional background, and how I perceive the surrounding world. It is important how I wake up, how I communicate with loved ones, and how I relate to my own desires. If there is anxiety within me, it reflects in my decisions. Tension affects my voice, while confidence is felt in everything." The masterclass will be led by Natalia Petukhova, a professional psychological consultant, neurography instructor, aesthetic coach, and neuro-artist.
The event will take place on March 5, 2026.

The participation fee is 300 som (tickets can be purchased at the museum's box office).
