In accordance with the new document, amendments have been made to the charter of this enterprise.
Specifically, the changes concern the following aspects:
- The state enterprise "Kyrgyz Oil Company" now provides for two positions of deputy director, whereas previously there was only one;
- The appointment and dismissal of deputies are carried out by the head of the State Property Fund upon the recommendation of the director; employment contracts with deputies are signed with the head of the State Property Fund;
- In the absence of the director, the management of the enterprise will be carried out by one of the deputies, who is appointed by the director's order; in the event of the early dismissal of the director, one of the deputies will temporarily assume the duties by order of the State Property Fund;
- Paragraph 31 of the charter has been declared null and void.
This resolution will come into force 10 days after its official publication. It was published in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on February 17, 2026, No. 11.
