During the meeting, key issues concerning the development of the construction industry and the regulation of land relations were discussed.
Particular attention was paid to the process of purchasing ownership rights to municipal land plots that were previously leased for the design and construction of multi-apartment residential complexes. Meeting participants emphasized the need for a systematic approach to this issue, taking into account the interests of both business and local authorities.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was decided to prepare an official appeal to the Bishkek city administration, outlining the unified position of representatives of the professional community.
Also, within the framework of the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Construction Committee of the CCI of the KR and the Public Association "Union of Builders of the KR," which envisions coordination of joint actions and interaction in the implementation of construction initiatives.
