The Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Edil Baisalov, participated in a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies, as reported by the government press service. The meeting reviewed the results of the ministry's work for 2025 and outlined key tasks for 2026.
Board members presented their reports on digital transformation and information security, and discussed the performance results of subordinate divisions, including the Service for Regulation and Supervision in the Field of Communications, the Archive Service, as well as JSC "Tunduk," JSC "Kyrgyz Post," and JSC "Kyrgyztelecom."
In his speech, Edil Baisalov emphasized that digital transformation is a strategic direction of state policy that directly impacts the improvement of governance and the enhancement of transparency in public services.
As a result of the board meeting, directions were identified for accelerating digital reforms, improving public services, and developing modern digital infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic.
