“The spring field campaign will soon begin, and money is needed for its successful start, primarily for the purchase of seeds,” emphasized Kozyuev.
In this regard, the deputy urged the government and the Ministry of Agriculture to expedite the process of providing preferential loans, subsidies, and other forms of financial support so that farmers can start sowing on time.
