During the meeting, four applications for participation in the financial assistance mechanism for cooperative projects were approved, which will be considered in due course.
The applications concern the modernization of sandwich panel production, the construction of a factory for the production of paints and varnishes, as well as the production of large-format panels for housing construction and industrial refrigeration equipment.
The Committee also discussed a report on the development of industrial cooperation in the production of machinery and equipment for metallurgy and mining, as well as promising areas for cooperation.
As of today, Kyrgyzstan is participating in one cooperative project within the EAEU, aimed at the production of system units for personal computers. This project is being implemented by the Russian company "Beshtau Electronics" in partnership with the Belarusian company LLC "Nero Electronics" and the Kyrgyz company OsOO "Kyrgyzelectronics".
The company "Kyrgyzelectronics" is responsible for the supply of metal cases for system units.
According to the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, a second cooperative project is currently being developed, which will focus on the construction of a workshop to increase the production of thermal paper and receipt tape. The production facilities will be located in Russia, while Kyrgyzstan will provide construction services.
