In his speech, Marlen Mamataliev noted that digitalization has already demonstrated its effectiveness in the president's administration, where the speed of decision-making has increased by 10-20 times. According to him, this enhances overall work productivity and allows for more rational use of human resources and savings in budget funds. For example, it is expected that in 2024 alone, 1 billion 205 million soms will be saved thanks to the implementation of digital technologies. These funds can be directed towards the construction of social institutions and increasing pension payments.

On the agenda is also the issue of reducing dependence on paper documentation in the legislative process. Soon, each deputy will be provided with tablets to receive information in electronic format. "The tablets will contain four folders: materials from the sessions of the Jogorku Kenesh, documents from specialized committees, materials from deputy groups, and information on various issues. All data will be available in advance, which will enhance work efficiency and preparation for events," explained the speaker.

Additionally, Mamataliev emphasized the need for representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers to be present at the meetings of specialized committees. He suggested that in the future, civil servants could participate in meetings in an online format, which would simplify the interaction process.

To improve communication with voters, plans are underway to create comfortable conditions for online meetings with citizens in the regions, as well as to open five public reception offices for deputy groups and a mother and child room for visitors to the Jogorku Kenesh.
