At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Speaker Marlen Mamataliev reported on his recent meeting with President Sadyr Japarov, during which the strategy for parliamentary development over the next five years was discussed.
According to him, the focus was on reforms primarily related to the digitalization of processes.
The president noted that the implementation of digital technologies allows management decisions to be made 10 to 20 times faster, significantly improving work efficiency and helping to use human resources more rationally.
“Time is the highest value. Thanks to digitalization, it has been possible to save huge budget funds. As a result of optimization, 1 billion 205 million soms have been saved, which can be directed towards social needs and increasing benefits,” emphasized Mamataliev.
He added that similar methods are planned to be implemented in the legislative activities of the parliament to enhance its effectiveness.
