- The volume of industrial production in Kyrgyzstan in 2025 is estimated to be around 800 billion soms, as announced on February 16 at a press conference by Ainura Mamanova, head of the industrial and energy statistics department of the National Statistics Committee.

She noted that if we do not take into account the indicators of the Kumtor mining complex, the production volume in the country increased by almost 20% and reached 480 billion soms.

Key indicators

    • Manufacturing industry: 638 billion soms (+9.8%). The main contribution to growth came from the production of food products, beverages, construction materials, as well as rubber and plastic products, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and clothing.

    • Food products: production volume increased by 24%, including:

        ◦ flour – 295,000 tons (+7%),

        ◦ sugar – 103,000 tons (an increase of 1.7 times),

        ◦ pasta, bread, and meat.

    • Beverages: an increase of 48% (non-alcoholic – 1.6 times, alcoholic – +11%).
