According to the new resolution dated February 9, 2026, No. 71, the changes pertain to the third point of the original document, which regulates the management and approval of decisions for this state enterprise.
In particular, in the third paragraph of the third point, instead of the phrase "in agreement with the founder," it now states "in agreement with the authorized state body for the management of state property."
Thus, the approval of certain management decisions for the state enterprise "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" will now occur with the state body responsible for managing state property, rather than with the founder — the Ministry of Energy.
These changes are aimed at optimizing the management processes of the state enterprise and ensuring its activities comply with the current rules for managing state assets.
The resolution will come into force ten days after its official publication.
