- As part of the approved plan of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026, aimed at implementing the National Development Program until 2030, the construction of the international road Barskoon—Uchturfan—Aksu is planned.

According to the provided document, earthworks on this project are to begin by October 30.

The executors of the project are the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as well as the Ministry of Finance.

Funding will be provided from the republican budget.
