The implementation of the agreement will be carried out by the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic is instructed to notify Kazakhstan of the completion of internal procedures necessary for the agreement to come into force.
The purpose of the agreement is to minimize mutual interference and coordinate radio frequency allocations in the range of 29.7 MHz and above in bordering countries.
As part of the coordination, the following will be taken into account:
- ground radio service stations in border areas;
- individual stations located outside these areas if they cause harmful interference to neighboring stations;
- if necessary, receiving stations in border areas to protect them from interference.
