Official statistics show that compared to November 2025, the index stood at 98.5%, and compared to December 2024, it was 97.8%.
The main reason for the annual price decline was a drop in the mining industry and quarrying, where producer prices fell by 19.6%.
At the same time, there is a price increase in several other sectors. In particular, in the manufacturing industry, prices increased by 0.9%, in the water supply, sewage, and waste management sector — by 7.2%, and in the electricity supply, gas supply, steam, and air conditioning sector — by 15.1%.
Despite the overall decline in the EAEU, Kyrgyzstan became the country with the highest growth rates in producer prices.
In December 2025, the producer price index in Kyrgyzstan was:
- 104.6% — compared to November 2025
- 135.2% — compared to December 2024
According to the results for January-December 2025, the producer price index in Kyrgyzstan reached 125.3%, significantly higher than the average figures in the EAEU (102.6%).
