



The I International Congress of Public Administration took place in Moscow, where Daniyar Amangeldiev, the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, actively participated. This event was organized by the Presidential Academy (RANEPA) with the support of the Administration of the President of Russia and the Government of the Russian Federation.
Among the participants of the congress were notable figures such as Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government and Head of the Government Apparatus of the Russian Federation, Sergey Kirienko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, Rector of the Academy Alexey Komissarov, and representatives of various government bodies and the expert community.
In his speech, Amangeldiev emphasized that regardless of differences in size and structure, all states strive for a common understanding of the importance of professional public service. He highlighted that strategic planning, digitalization, and a focus on specific results are key priorities.
Moreover, he noted that Kyrgyzstan is actively implementing international best practices in public administration, adapting them to its national conditions, with attention to openness and feedback from society.
According to Daniyar Amangeldiev, in recent years, positive changes in the socio-economic development of the country have been made possible by improving the public administration system and enhancing the quality of management decisions.
As part of the congress, a meeting also took place between Amangeldiev and the Rector of the Presidential Academy Alexey Komissarov, where issues of cooperation in training and improving the qualifications of state and municipal employees were discussed, including the implementation of educational programs for leaders at various levels.
