After the completion of the alaman ulak, which took place in the Uzgen district, the Ministry of Natural Resources of Kyrgyzstan reported instances of unauthorized waste disposal at the event site.
In response to this situation, the Osh regional office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Kyrgyz Republic has begun to take necessary measures. In particular, official requests for cleaning the area of waste have been sent to the rural districts of Bash-Döbö and Tört-Köl in the Uzgen district.
Additionally, the organizer of the alaman ulak, Janish Niyazov, was fined 5,500 soms based on Article 115/1 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, the event organizers are working together with local authorities and residents to clean the area of accumulated waste.
The Ministry reminds of the importance of adhering to environmental standards during mass events.
It should also be noted that two incidents occurred during the game. According to law enforcement agencies, one participant died after falling into the river with his horse. In another case, a vehicle heading to the event went off the slope, and the driver had to be hospitalized.
