In 2026, Kazakhstani airlines plan to purchase nine new aircraft, as reported in a press release from the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
After these purchases, the total number of aircraft in the country's civil aviation will reach 118 units.

Furthermore, the ministry noted that work is actively underway to reduce aviation fuel prices, which is an important step in the development of international air hubs. Currently, the cost of aviation fuel is less than $1000 per ton.
