The Central Election Commission held a draw to determine the order of inclusion of registered candidates for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from the multi-mandate constituency No. 13 in the ballot.
According to the CEC, a draw was also held to allocate free airtime on state television channels and print space in official publications.
Additionally, participants signed a memorandum regarding their participation in the upcoming repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for March 1, 2026.
Candidates, their authorized representatives, as well as journalists and observers were present during the draw.
It is important to note that the procedure for determining the order of inclusion in the ballot is carried out after the registration of candidates is completed and before the final version of the ballot is approved.
The results of the draw led to the formation of the order of placement of candidates on the ballot. Protocols and the text of the memorandum can be found on the official websites of the Central Election Commission.
