Medet Tursaliev, advisor to the chairman of the State Customs Service, introduced Indira Sharshenova as the new general director of the state enterprise "Center for the 'Single Window'". This event was announced by the press service of the agency.
Indira Sharshenova has extensive experience in public service, as well as competencies in the field of digital development and administrative reforms. Previously, she held several key positions in various government structures and participated in the implementation of international projects. Before her appointment to the new position, she worked as the deputy director of the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government.
During the introduction, emphasis was placed on the importance of further developing the "Center for the 'Single Window'", which includes the digitalization of permitting procedures, expanding electronic services for businesses, and increasing the overall efficiency of the public services provided.
It should be noted that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 334 dated June 12, 2025, the Center was transferred to the jurisdiction of the State Customs Service.
