The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the resolution on the temporary ban on the export of petroleum products

- The updates pertain to the decree on the temporary ban on the export of oil and petroleum products, which was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and applies to the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

According to the new rules, certain types of fuel produced at the "China Petrol Company Junda" oil refinery have been exempted from the general ban. This includes AI-92 (K-2) gasoline, AI-80 gasoline, and K-2 class diesel fuel.

These changes have been made to the government decree signed on March 1, 2021, under number 66. They are being implemented as part of the commitments under the Eurasian Economic Union agreement and in accordance with the constitutional law on the Cabinet of Ministers.

The decree will be officially published and will come into effect upon its signing.

The document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, on January 30, 2026.
