This enterprise serves 298,000 subscribers in the Chui region, among which 272,000 are private consumers, 16,000 are industrial clients, and the remaining part includes budget organizations.
Umetov also noted that in 2025, the branch supplied 3.3 billion kWh of electricity. The losses amounted to 10.92% of the normative value, which is 0.7% less than the previous year. As for accounts receivable, at the beginning of the year it was 206.1 million soms, and by the end, it decreased to 159.4 million soms, which is 47 million less.
In addition, as part of the World Bank project, 113,000 "smart" meters were installed in 2025, which accounts for about 40% of the total number of subscribers. Currently, the Chui enterprise has already installed more than 190,000 such devices, and work on their implementation continues.
