These recommendations open new horizons for the development of interaction in ferrous metallurgy, taking into account the existing integration potential.
The recommendations highlight the following aspects:
- stimulating demand for ferrous metals in various sectors of industry,
- exploring the possibilities of organizing cooperative supplies of innovative steels from EAEU member states,
- strengthening cooperation in the field of engineering.
Additionally, it is proposed to create a platform for sharing experiences in areas such as the technology of mining and processing ferrous metal ores, as well as promoting low-emission transformation in ferrous metallurgy.
“The adoption of this recommendation will contribute to deepening cooperation in ferrous metallurgy, considering the current priorities for the development of the industry in EAEU countries,” emphasized Goar Barsegyan, Minister of Industry and Agriculture of the EEC.
