On February 2, 2026, as a result of monitoring social media, a video was discovered on the account under the name N.M. on Instagram, in which a local resident A. from the village of Belyovodskoye claims that 5-6 years ago a married couple deceived him out of 2 million soms. He also noted that local authorities were unable to help him resolve this situation. The video mentions that blogger N.M. assisted in resolving the dispute and facilitated the return of funds on February 1, 2026. This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Chui Region.
During the investigation, it was established that in January 2021, Sh.G., born in 1986, approached her acquaintance S.U., born in 1988, with a request for a loan with interest, knowing about her business selling women's shoes at the "Yarmarka" market. Sh.G. received money twice: the first time — 500,000 soms, and then on February 15, 2021, she was given 5,500 dollars and 200,000 soms, with an agreed interest rate of 2,500 soms per day. Soon, as no agreement could be reached, both parties turned to the civil court of the Moscow district.
The Moscow District Court issued a ruling on December 4, 2023, stating that Sh.G. must pay S.U. 1,800,000 soms.
On February 27, 2025, S.U. filed a complaint with the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow district, indicating Sh.G.'s evasion of the court decision and her refusal to pay 1,800,000 soms. She also requested that she be held criminally liable.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under Article 370 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the non-fulfillment of court decisions.
On December 12, 2025, Sh.G. was brought in as a defendant, and a preventive measure in the form of a travel ban was imposed on her. On December 25 of the same year, the investigative authorities completed the investigation, prepared an indictment, and submitted the materials to the Moscow district court for further consideration.
Furthermore, during the court proceedings, the parties were able to settle their financial obligations, partially or fully repaying their debts.
