The Cabinet approved minimum requirements for the activities of pawnshops in Kyrgyzstan

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved a new Regulation regarding the minimum requirements for the activities of pawnshops in the country. This decree was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The main goal of the adopted document is to establish clear standards for the organization of pawnshop operations. It covers all legal entities that hold licenses for conducting pawnshop activities within the territory of Kyrgyzstan.

All participants in the pawnshop market are given six months to bring their activities in line with the new requirements.

The resolution will come into effect fifteen days after its official publication.
