Damirbek Zhanturayevich Bikulov is no longer the deputy head of the National Investment Agency, which is subordinate to the President of Kyrgyzstan.
This decision was formalized by an order signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
