The physical volume index for 2025 reached 110.2%, while in the same period of the previous year it was 115%.
In December 2025, the production of bakery products and pastries amounted to 2 billion 121.1 million soms, which is significantly higher than the figure for December 2024 (1 billion 417.3 million soms). The physical volume index in December 2025 was 128.2%, compared to 111.6% in December 2024.
Thus, although the annual growth rates in 2025 showed a slowdown, there was a significant increase in the production volumes of bakery products in December.
