Since the launch of the mechanism, 16 applications have been registered with the EEC, with a total value of about 18 billion rubles. In 2025, 5 cooperative projects were approved, 3 of which are already in the implementation stage. Additionally, 8 applications have passed the initial examination by the Commission.
According to preliminary estimates, additional tax revenues to the national budgets of the Union countries from the five approved projects over a five-year period will amount to about 3.7 billion rubles.
To date, all EAEU members are involved in the implementation of cooperative projects.
“Despite all the difficulties, the results of the initial stages of the pilot mechanism's implementation confirm its relevance. After the approval of the first five projects, there has been a significant increase in business interest in this new tool,” noted Goar Barsegyan, Minister of Industry and Agribusiness of the EEC.

The financial support mechanism for cooperative projects in the industrial sector was launched in June 2024 in accordance with the norm adopted by the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council on October 26, 2023, regarding the selection of cooperative initiatives in industrial sectors and providing financial assistance for their implementation by the member states of the EAEU.
