According to the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, violations of land and water legislation were discovered as a result of the inspection.
In connection with the identified violations, the company was fined 17,000 soms. Additionally, it was issued a directive regarding the use of surface water for the period of 2024–2025, requiring the payment of an amount of 1,484,200 soms. The deadline for compliance with this directive is set for one month.
The ministry emphasized that the measures taken are aimed at ensuring compliance with the existing norms of land and water legislation.
