Approved the draft agreement on the establishment of a service for searching industrial property objects in the EAEU

- On January 19, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers, referring to Order No. 19-r, approved the draft Agreement that will enable the search for data on industrial property objects protected in the countries that are part of the Eurasian Economic Union.

According to this document, the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet receives the authority to sign the agreement, including the right to make changes and additions that are not fundamental.

This order was adopted based on Article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On International Treaties" and Articles 13 and 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers".

The creation of a unified service for searching industrial property objects within the EAEU can significantly simplify the process of verifying the protection of trademarks, patents, and other objects for both businesses and government agencies, thereby reducing the risks of violations and increasing transparency when entering the markets of the union countries.
