Tultemirov Appointed Permanent Representative of Kyrgyzstan to the African Union
The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, has issued a decree appointing Adylbek Zhyrgalbekovich Tultemirov, who holds the position of ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, as the acting permanent representative of the country to the African Union.
