
On January 26, the fourth political consultations took place in Bishkek between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and Georgia.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported that the delegation of the republic was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Meder Abakirov, while the Georgian side was represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Khvtisiashvili.
During the meeting, key issues regarding cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Georgia in the political, trade-economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres were discussed.
Meder Abakirov emphasized the need for further development of political dialogue based on traditional trust, respect, and friendship.
The parties noted that high-level visits and active diplomatic interaction open new horizons for bilateral relations.
The Georgian delegation, in turn, highlighted the positive dynamics in the development of relations with Kyrgyzstan, confirming its readiness to strengthen cooperation in political, economic, and cultural fields. Intentions were expressed to further deepen the partnership, implement joint projects, and exchange experiences, which will help elevate Kyrgyz-Georgian ties to a new level.

The parties confirmed their intention to maintain regular dialogue, coordinate joint initiatives, and implement projects that will contribute to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation in the political, economic, and humanitarian spheres.
