Deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva raised the issue of expanding trade and economic relations between the countries.
The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Azerbaijan and Georgia, Maksat Mamytkanov, reported that last year the trade turnover with Azerbaijan amounted to 10 million dollars.
He also noted that measures are being taken to activate the work of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
Deputy Cholpon Esenamanova voiced the problems faced by drivers of heavy-duty vehicles related to unjustified delays during transit through the territory of Azerbaijan.
As a result of the discussion, the information about the activities of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Azerbaijan and Georgia for 2024–2025 was taken into account.
