The event was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who also holds the position of Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Bakyt Torobaev, the chief expert of the sectoral policy department of the Presidential Administration's decision-making preparation management, Ulugbek Nurgaziev, the Minister of Energy, Taalaybek Ibraev, and his deputies, as well as the heads of energy companies and institutions under the ministry's control.
During the meeting, the deputy ministers presented their reports on achievements for 2025 and outlined plans for 2026.
Minister Ibraev emphasized that during the autumn-winter period of 2025–2026, industry workers bear personal responsibility for the stable electricity supply to the population. He also called for adherence to the deadlines for the planned activities for 2026.
