- The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to appoint the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision as responsible for the safe storage and disposal of outdated pesticides, as well as other hazardous waste containing toxic substances, including persistent organic pollutants, mercury, and lead.

This decree was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
