As part of the project, it is stipulated that banks and microfinance organizations must check the status of conscripts through credit reports when applications for loans are submitted. If the reports indicate that a person is serving in the military, they will be denied a loan, according to the provisions of the document.
The discussion of the project will take place on the "Open NPA" platform until February 3.
