Official data shows that the main sources of financing were funds from enterprises, foreign investments, bank loans, as well as funds from the population and charitable donations. These sources accounted for 91.9% of the total investment volume.
However, at the same time, there is a 4% decrease in the volume of funds directed towards the construction and modernization of facilities related to the provision of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning compared to January-November 2024. In this sector, investments were mainly formed from foreign investments, funds from organizations, and bank loans, which made up 98.1% of the total volume.
It is particularly noteworthy that there has been a significant increase in the area of water supply, waste treatment, and processing, where the volume of investments has increased 2.4 times. The main sources of financing were foreign investments, as well as republican and local budgets, which accounted for 96.5% of the total volume.
