To date, 52 technical regulations have been developed and approved within the framework of the EAEU, and nearly 9,000 modern interstate and national standards have been included in the EAEU database.
According to the Commission's data, the unified technical regulation system has ensured that over 85% of goods supplied in the member states comply with common requirements and procedures.
In the coming months, the EEC is tasked with completing work on nine more technical regulations.
“These regulations concern products that are important for each country, including chemicals, construction and paint materials, as well as transportation,” Maxim Kim specified.
