The woman's identity was quickly established; she is Asipa Arstanovna Borbukova, who lives in Bishkek, in the village of Prigorodnoye, on Gagarin Street, house 17, and was born on February 8, 1978.
At the moment, Borbukova is in one of the shelters in Kara-Balta, located in the Jayil district of the Chui region.
Her relatives have also been identified, who reported that they had not contacted law enforcement about her disappearance. They expressed their intention to take her from the shelter.
